Well, I'm glad I subscribed! I had to read the last 35 chapters this afternoon - couldn't stop!
(And that's saying something for a math guy...)
Illustrations are great, brings out memories from when I was living through those times. I'm going to tell everyone at the reunion that they have to read this!
OH MY GOD!!! I just finished this masterpiece, and can't believe it's not on the shelf at my local bookstore. The story, the wordcraft - all top-notch. Thanks so much for sharing this with the world. I'm telling all my friends to read!
I know for you it matters what the world thinks, but not for me. From beginning to end, y
ou kept me wanting more. It occurs to me the failure of the publishing industry to meet the needs of both writers and the reading public turns out to be a good thing ... at least for you and me and anyone who chooses to spend time with The Blues and Billy Armstrong. Because you've done the work required to back up your unique writing style with remarkable illustrations. Resulting in a more vivid, revealing presentation than the reader might experience from a traditional publication. Please overlook the fact of my relationship with you and accept my opinion as valid: You should be grateful for the talent you've been given. I know you're humble in the realization of it. And you should be proud of your accomplishment. I certainly am.
